Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage, also known as Thai Yoga Massage dates back more than three hundred years, with its origins go back more than 5,000 years, Thai Massage combines elements of Ayeurvedic medicine, Hatha yoga and Chinese Acupressure, it has evolved into a system that is entirely unique and is widely regarded as one of the best therapy massage. Thai massage works on pressure points, relieves muscular & joint tension, tendon tension, adjusts the skeletal structure and evokes total physical relief. It aims to create a smooth energy flow within your body & helps loosen joints & stretch muscles. If you suffer from back pain , one of the possible solutions is a regular Thai massage.

Traditionally, oil is not used in Thai Massage, but you may request for the massage oil.

 

Balinese Massage

Balinese massage is an ancient deep tissue massage technique that forms an extension to Ayurvedic massage. The therapist uses mild to moderate pressure to release areas of tense, knotted tissue as well as long massage strokes and skin rolling techniques to relieve stress and tension.
